Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Sales (National), Sales manager oversees a team of Sales Inspectors, translating marketing and call center activity into revenue-generating opportunities to achieve sales goals.

  • Manages facility sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and deployment.
  • Reports sales KPIs to the Director of Sales and personnel evaluations at predetermined intervals, providing risk-mitigation strategies when goal divergence occurs.
  • Provides insight to the Director of Sales for local sales strategies, promotions, marketing campaigns.
  • Collects, evaluates, and coordinates lead activity after handoff from corporate call center.
  • Assigns leads to PMs and coordinates scheduling of lead activity with the Office Administrator.
  • Audits proposals, reviews lead/crew notes, Monitors and ensures project management standards are being met by PMs
  • Verifies closing paperwork and financing documentation to coordinate collections activity.
  • Maintains customer service standards, quality assurance, and positive customer reviews.
  • Secondary point of contact for client relationship management and conflict resolution.
  • Acts as a temporary fill-in/replacement in the absence of RDOS or Project Managers.
  • Oversees the condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of sales team vehicles.
  • Manages inventory of inspection supplies, marketing collateral, and devices.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to start and learn from the ground up
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven sales management experience
  • Solid sales and managerial experience in home improvement or relevant industries
  • Clean driving record within 5 years (Be able to drive a company vehicle)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Details:

Job Type: Full-time, On-site, not remote

Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Base $6k+4% commission rate for training period (Max of 3 months); $125k+% from the team sales revenue after that (Should be over $200k/year)

Location: Should be flexibly located in Orange, LA, Riverside region.
