Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Parts Sales Manager to lead our parts sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by selling more to existing customers, improving customer retention, and expanding the share of customer spend (wallet). The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead teams, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships. The Senior Parts Sales Manager will also oversee the optimization of sales processes, such as improving the time to quote, time to order, and win rates, while ensuring the sales team achieves profitability and pricing efficiency (GP% improvements over PY).
Other Job Details :
- Compensation : $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually, plus bonus and commission plans
- Work Location : Preferred locations in order are Mandeville or Harahan, LA, followed by Kent, WA (Seattle), and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Direct Reports : 30
- Travel : Up to 50% travel expected
