Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Architect with strong development experience to lead and contribute to our ServiceNow development efforts. As a key member of our global ServiceNow team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet our business needs. Responsibilities : Development Leadership : Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality development practices. ServiceNow Development : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows. Integration : Design and implement integrations with other systems, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities and industry best practices. Customization : Customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices and maintaining system stability. Scripting and Automation : Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate and enhance ServiceNow functionality. Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and ensure the platform runs efficiently. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and development work. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements. Best Practices : Stay up to date with ServiceNow industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in ServiceNow development, including custom application development, scripting, and integrations.
  • Basic project planning skills including sprint / development and resource management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a development team.
  • Experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
