Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Consultant with expertise in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) to join our team in Kansas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions with a focus on Cisco ACI. This role requires a U.S. citizen with a proven track record in large-scale network projects and a deep understanding of enterprise-level networking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Network Design Architecture :
• Design and implement Cisco ACI-based solutions for enterprise environments.
• Develop scalable and secure network architectures aligned with business needs.
• Implementation Integration :
• Configure and deploy Cisco ACI infrastructure, including APIC controllers, leaf, and spine switches.
• Integrate ACI with existing data center environments and third-party solutions.
• Performance Optimization :
• Analyze network performance and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Security Compliance :
• Ensure network solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Collaboration Support :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless networking solutions.
• Provide expert-level guidance to IT teams and mentor junior network engineers.
• Documentation Reporting :
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, and operational processes.
• Prepare reports on network performance, issues, and recommendations for improvements.
