Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst

What does a successful Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will venture on a complex global environment, having the opportunity to work with multiple network technologies, including routing, switching, SDWAN, firewall, load-balancing, and automation. You will be involved with incident response, troubleshooting, break and fix engineering for a large-scale global network and security infrastructure.

What you will do :

• Support a global enterprise multi-vendor network consisting of 20,000+ Network and Security Devices
• Provide advanced level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve network / security related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms
• Engage, drive and escalate issues with multiple network / security vendors related to incident management
• Assist with client testing, troubleshooting, new implementations and disaster recovery testing
