Job descriptionResponsible for the setup, support, monitoring, and patching of networking, server, IP Phone, system backups, and end user systems Perform a variety of maintenance, support, evaluation, installation, and training to ensure network and system performance meets company and end user requirements Administer network and wireless hardware and applications Manage NetApp SAN Evaluate and / or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, desktop systems, computer peripherals, and software Keep all network and computer systems up to date with latest patches, firmware, and OS updates Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, provide / implement solutions for all systems Manage and update Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure Hybrid environment Manage and maintain all software licenses Plan and implement network security including building firewalls, managing VPN access, managing hardwire and wireless security, network access, and ensuring network reliability Manage system backups, restore files upon request, and manage disaster recovery plan Ensure timely end-user and management notifications of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability and production Maintain confidentiality of all end-user data The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job This position will report directly to the Information Technology Manager This position interacts with a wide variety of employees

Job Purpose :
Responsible for the setup, support, monitoring, and patching of networking, server, IP Phone, system backups, and end user systems. Perform a variety of maintenance, support, evaluation, installation, and training to ensure network and system performance meets company and end user requirements.
Job Highlights : Qualifications
- Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Infrastructure, DHCP, DNS, TCIP, and Domain Controllers
- Enterprise backup solution and Antivirus solutions
- Experienced with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft applications, and Microsoft CoPilot
- Experienced in the management of a SQL Database environment
- Hands on hardware and PC troubleshooting\install experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust / focus
