Our client, a leader in technology infrastructure and systems integration, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join their team in Madison, WI. This is a long-term, hybrid onsite role offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team in supporting cutting-edge network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network solutions to support business systems and operations in a secure and scalable manner.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN / WAN, firewalls, and other relevant technologies.
- Perform capacity planning and contribute to scaling network operations to meet business needs.
- Support and maintain Cisco network technologies , including routers, switches, and wireless systems.
- Configure and optimize VPNs, firewalls, and security solutions to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and procedures to ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and providers for external infrastructure support to maintain connectivity and resolve network outages efficiently.
- Lead network performance analysis and develop improvement initiatives as necessary.
