As a Human Resources Assistant I, you'll be the frontline connection for employees-owning critical processes, ensuring accurate records, and helping make every interaction with HR feel seamless. Key Responsibilities
Manage employee data updates, job changes, and HR actions in modern HR systems
Organize and maintain secure personnel files for audit and compliance readiness
Respond to HR-related questions via service tools and email with clarity and care
Assist with onboarding by preparing documentation and supporting new hires
Monitor support tickets and help the team meet internal response targets
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field must have 4 year degree
Up to 2 years of Human resources, admin, or customer service experience
Confident using Excel, Outlook, and digital documentation tools, and ability to work with pivot tables, v-look ups and macros in excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Employee helpdesk / ticketing portals
HRIS (e.g., Workday)
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Skills
Experience in a corporate HR or Shared Services setting
