Job Description :

Douge International is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the network security infrastructure to protect our organization's data and systems from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement robust network security solutions to safeguard the organization's data and systems.

Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents promptly.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.

Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct security audits and provide recommendations for improving network security.

Manage and maintain security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and antivirus software.

Train and educate staff on security best practices and awareness.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Network Security Engineer or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of network security protocols, technologies, and best practices.

Proficiency with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS / IPS, VPNs, and antivirus software.

Strong understanding of network architecture, TCP / IP, and routing protocols.

Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are preferred.
