In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities Required Skill and Experience • Experienced in troubleshooting in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, port-channels, VLANs, and SD-WAN technologies.• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus at an advanced operational and troubleshooting level.• Hands-on Experience with Wireless (Preferably Meraki) Preferred Skill and Experience Below Skills are not required but a nice to have:•F5 BIG-IP expertise: LTM, GTM/DNS, iRules, SSL, HA management, upgrades, and performance analysis is a plus•ServiceNow usage: incident, change, problem, CMDB, PIR documentation, and SLO reporting is a plus•Demonstrated experience leading Major Incident command and producing formal RCA documentation is not•Python scripting proficiency: REST API integrations, automation scripts, data parsing, Splunk HEC, ServiceNow API — production-quality code, not ad-hoc scripts. Additional Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location. • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
