What You’ll Do
- Lead & Innovate : Supervise production teams and estimators while implementing best practices to improve operational management systems.
- Collaborate & Support : Work with the sales team to exceed customer expectations and support field staff with technical expertise.
- Ensure Excellence : Monitor KPIs, oversee compliance with safety standards, and manage budgets to drive financial success.
- Plan & Execute : Strategize with ownership on operational initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and recruit / train staff as needed.
