We are currently seeking an on-site, not hybrid or remote, Sales Administrator our Clearwater, FL facility.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing contracts and purchase orders within Aerosonic and all customers. Support of Sales Team and solving internal and external issues impacting customers and having a creative problem-solving approach.

• Prepare / provide customers with quotations, warranty details and pricing information. Develop and maintain customer relationship management and account health.
• Process customer purchase orders and provide ongoing support along with communication between buyers / planners / production managers on new and exisiting requirements.
• Collaborates directly with Business Unit Managers in discussions relating to activities and business needs of customers.
• Provides daily, quarterly and end of month booking data and bookings status reports.
• Assist Sales and Business Unit team as needed.

Education / Previous Experience
