Skills : Networking, PC repair, Meraki, Aruba, wireless, firewall configuration, ConnectWise
MSP experience a plus
We are seeking a PC / Network Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with a strong foundation in networking, cabling, and hardware support. The ideal candidate will have experience in network infrastructure, wireless management, and firewall configuration, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Network Infrastructure : Install, terminate, and test network cables to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Wireless Management : Configure, deploy, and manage Aruba, Extreme, and Meraki wireless solutions.
- Firewall Administration : Install, configure, and maintain Meraki, Fortinet, and SonicWall firewalls to ensure network security.
- Monitoring & Automation : Utilize tools like LogicMonitor and ConnectWise (Manage & Automate) for system monitoring and automation (preferred but not required).
- Technical Support : Provide first-line troubleshooting for network and PC-related issues, escalating when necessary.
- Documentation & Process Management : Maintain clear records of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and network changes.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing : Work closely with other engineers to resolve complex issues and contribute to team learning.
