  • Quality Assurance : Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that network installations meet the client' standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions to minimize project disruptions and ensure project success.
  • Budget Control : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics to project stakeholders, leadership, and other relevant parties.
  • Continuous Improvement : Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify process improvements, best practices, and opportunities for innovation to enhance future project execution.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on network infrastructure or data center installations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, data center operations, and industry best practices is highly desirable.
