OCI Networking is seeking a Director of Physical Networking to lead a global team of engineers and managers in the design development deployment and operational excellence of our data center and cloud networks. This role will define strategy and oversee end-to-end delivery modernization automation and operations across all network builds. Your leadership will be critical to meeting customer commitments and enabling the organizations growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Team Management :

Lead a global team of network managers architects and engineers responsible for designing and deploying OCI network infrastructure.

Oversee the budget allocation for the PN organization ensuring resources are optimized to meet goals and deliver impactful cloud solutions.

Establish and enforce rigorous predictable processes for managing changes incidents and escalations related to network build projects.

Implement robust testing and validation procedures to ensure the reliability security and performance of our cloud services.

Stay abreast of technology changes competitive offerings and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product enhancements and expansions.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $122500 to $291800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
