Palm Health Resources is hiring a Locum Neurologist for ongoing Stroke Coverage in New Jersey!
We are seeking a Vascular Neurologist for weekday coverage (1 week per month). This provider would be providing Stroke Consult Service Coverage (onsite) ( M-F; 8 : 30a - 4 : 30p) and would be responsible for daily rounds with stroke resident / app team, including staffing new stroke consult patients, acute code stroke coverage by phone (unrestricted) (Mon 8am - Friday 5pm).
This provider is expected to provide expert emergent neurovascular coverage in collaboration with onsite Stroke Resident / APP Code Stroke team. Emergent Code Stroke imaging available. Provides recommendations for acute stroke intervention, and helps facilitate emergent consults to neuroendovascular, neurosurgery, or neurocritical care teams as required.
Weekend Coverage : (one weekend a month) : Stroke Primary Service Coverage (restricted onsite 9a - 1p) : Daily rounds on Saturday & Sunday on all primary stroke patients.
This is an ongoing assignment and will have coverage dates throughout 2025!
