Attorney (Licensed in New Hampshire)

Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation. We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in New Hampshire. This position may require in-person attendance at court hearings and will be based in New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in in-person court appearances across New Hampshire.
• Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.

Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage a large caseload.

Team-oriented, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required :

Delaware

Michigan

Connecticut

Massachusetts

Maryland

Washington, D.C.
