As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will have the power to create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :

Here's what we can offer you in exchange for your world-class work :
We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated average maximum is $58, per year based on a 35-hour work week. Pay will include a base rate of $9.50 / hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. We offer paid training and a guaranteed a ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.
