New Home Sales Consultant
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenNew Home Sales Consultantto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and helping homebuyers find their perfect home. You will serve as the face of the company, guiding prospective buyers through the sales process from initial contact to contract execution, while providing an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Greet and engage prospective buyers in model homes or sales centers Conduct community tours, highlighting product features and benefits Assist in staging and maintaining the presentation of model homes and sales offices to ensure they are tour-ready at all times. Qualify prospects and guide them through the homebuying process Present available home designs, floorplans, features, and community information Collaborate with internal departments (construction, design, mortgage, etc.) to ensure smooth customer experiences Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Maintain accurate documentation of prospects, traffic, and sales activity through CRM systems Gather and communicate customer feedback to sales management to help improve products and processes. Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to community absorption targets Participate in marketing events, broker outreach, and local community engagement Assist with the implementation of promotional sales strategies and special incentive programs. Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices Maintain compliance with all applicable independent contractor guidelines and company policies. Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of successful sales experience (new home sales experience preferred) Active real estate license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work weekends and holidays Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability Supports the buyer through all stages Proactive with follow-ups Maintains high standards for presentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
Ability to Commute / Relocate :
Charlotte, NC : Ability to reliably commute or willingness to relocate before starting work (required).
Work Location :
Onsite in our model homes / open houses
Work Environment :
Office and field work environment.
