Overview :

Leasing Consultants at Sequoia are all about connections, whether its connecting residents with their perfect home or building relationships that create a community.

Customers trust you because you listen to what they need in a home and work hard to find just what they are looking for. You move quickly to answer their questions and ease their concerns and ensure they have everything they need to move in. Even after the initial lease, you continue to be the main point of contact and the face of the community and the Company for when they need help with a service request in their home or have a concern on their rent or just want to hang out with you at a resident event.

You anticipate your customer's needs and service with a smile is never optional.

Weekend availability with a work schedule of Friday - Tuesday (9 : 00am-6 : 00pm & Sundays : 12 : 00pm-5 : 00pm)

Demonstrated success in sales in a fast paced environment

Prior experience in residential or commercial property management industry, retail sales, or hospitality

Compensation :

The compensation range for this role is $20 - 26 / hour, plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
