Job descriptionExecute daily outbound prospecting and timely response to inbound leads Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for the Sales Consultant Manage structured follow-up Manage structured follow-up on all leads and consultations until they advance or are disqualified Represent Arise Homes in a positive and professional manner in and outside of company. 40-45 hours per week - 9am-6pm, Tues-Sat (Sat until 5pm) Lunch meetings are occasionally required. After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines. Join a dynamic and customer-focused team dedicated to helping families find their dream homes. As the New Home Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities that drive the sales pipeline. This role manages inbound and outbound lead activity, nurtures prospects through structured follow-up, and ensures the model home is staffed during open hours. The Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for many buyers and plays a critical role in setting consultations and supporting the New Home Sales Consultant.
