WINK News, the trusted news leader in Southwest Florida, is seeking a dynamic and experienced News Anchor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-air presence, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to connect with our audience. This position requires someone who is committed to delivering accurate, compelling, and impactful news content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Anchor weekday newscasts, ensuring accurate and engaging delivery of news stories.
• Collaborate with producers, reporters, and other newsroom staff to develop and present news content that resonates with our audience.
• Write and edit news scripts for accuracy, clarity, and conciseness.
• Participate in editorial meetings to discuss story ideas, provide input.
• Engage with viewers through social media platforms.
• Represent WINK News at community events and public appearances, fostering positive relationships with viewers and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about local, national, and international news events, maintaining a high level of journalistic integrity and ethics.
