Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Service Delivery Engineer to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Service Delivery Engineer role underpins all delivery and support of the firm, enabling the smooth running of the technical platforms and tools and consistently ensuring that contracted SLAs are met for day-to-day activities such as data processing, validation checks, and support management. The role exists to ensure that the department consistently delivers, and the customer consistently receives excellent service and support. The Service Delivery Engineer installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks. Utilizes basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provides first-level technical information systems support to the firm.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for the firm.
• Accurate and timely management, capture, resolution, and closure of support calls within agreed SLAs.
• Provide individual instruction and / or training to users on new or updated technologies. May train employees.
• Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials; performs data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, general reports, and / or systems errors.
• Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.
• Assists with the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and / or network updates.
• Assists with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies.
• Assists with the implementation of technology projects with moderate scope and impact.
• Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and / or other related equipment and devices.
• Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and / or systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
