In this position...

As a business auditor, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply the GAO’s risk-based audit methodology to support all aspects of an engagement, from pre-planning to audit execution and testing to report publication, including active participation in all management reviews. All audit engagements will be performed in accordance with GAO and the Institute of Internal Auditors' (IIA) Standards. You will work closely with Ford Credit's diverse operation teams and staff to ensure compliance with Ford financial, operational, strategic, and compliance policies and procedures. You will also conduct client interviews to document key business risks and their corresponding key controls. You will use analytical techniques to identify and quantify risks to the Company, and you will support communication and review forums with GAO management, operational management, internal control, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and other stakeholders. The GAO encourages and financially supports all team members that would like to pursue a professional certification, as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
• 3+ years of corporate auditing experience, finance experience, or equivalent.
