Grace Pointe, a premier Senior Care Community located at 1919 68th Avenue in Greeley, CO, has openings in our Assisted Living/Memory Care Department for Full-Time and Part Time QMAPs. Founded on biblical principles and the teachings of Jesus Christ, Grace Pointe is seeking an individual who values being a part of a caring, compassionate environment and believes in our mission to “Serve others, as Serving is our highest calling.”
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide services to meet the needs of the residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care, and to assist in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, and the supervisor. You must have a QMAP certification for this position. The salary range is $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on years of experience.
Full-Time Openings:
- Night Shift 6pm - 630am, Mondays and Thursdays with every other weekend
Part Time Openings:
- Evening shift 6pm-10pm, options for 2-5 shifts each week
- Day Shift - two 12 hour shifts each week
