Description

Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for a qualified individual to manage janitorial services in the Kansas City area. This could be a full-time salaried evening position or part-time hourly position, with some weekends required.

Must have flexibility between 4 : 00PM and Midnight, Monday-Friday , and on-call / rotating weekends

Position Purpose : To oversee the cleaning staff at multiple locations including hospitals, medical offices, churches, schools and other businesses.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing supervisors, leads, and cleaners in all aspects of the company's requirements and policies.
• Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
• Training and retraining staff.
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently.
• Set agenda for the week on any special projects or focus areas.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints and requests
• Perform inspections and do follow up inspections.
• Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours.
• Working side by side with cleaners and supervisors when necessary.
• Managing supply and laundry levels
• Completing daily reports as required

This position requires a clean background, valid driver's license, your own reliable transportation and active cell phone with abilitty to text videos and picture.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Gas allowance, paid time off and vision / dental benefits

Position Requirements

One to three years of experience as janitorial services lead, or supervisor preferred.

Floor care knowledge is a plus!

Excellent work ethic and customer service

Ability to lift / move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push / roll recycling bins.

Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.

Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions.

Dependable, Positive and Team Orientated

Must have own reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple facilities during the same shift.

Drug Test and Background Screening required

40,000-$45,000
