Assist with customer purchases and provide suggestions and recommendations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a customer service role is highly advantageous. Ability to handle stressful situations and diffuse customer dissatisfaction professionally. Proficient in using computer software and POS systems. High school diploma or higher; additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus. Flexibility in working hours, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities :
- Receive, unload, and sort products during shipment deliveries efficiently and accurately.

- Clean and organize aisles, end caps, and displays to ensure a presentable store appearance.
