Description : Job Summary

As a Front Desk Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable experiences for our residents and guests. You will not only welcome residents but also ensure that every interaction reflects warmth, hospitality, and security . This position requires a professional, attentive individual committed to maintaining the safety and security of our residents and property while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring front desk operations during evening hours, 11pm to 7 : 30am
  • Patrolling the building, including stairwells, several times per night
  • Ensuring sliding doors are securely locked when leaving the post to patrol
  • Granting access exclusively to residents and their approved guests
  • Escorting unauthorized individuals from the premises and contacting law enforcement if necessary
  • Greeting residents and guests with enthusiasm, providing verbal instructions, and enforcing community rules as needed
  • Handling customer inquiries, minor complaints, and suggestions with professionalism and composure
  • Responding promptly to unusual situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure scenarios
  • Contributing to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety and resident satisfaction
  • Engaging in physical tasks, including equipment movement and regular patrols of the premises
  • Placing delivered packages into the locker system in the lobby
  • Performing multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing checklists and following daily operational procedures

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and adhere to safety practices.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and overnight shifts.
  • Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a capacity to remain flexible and patient.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to security protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication plus interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Prior experience in concierge, security, or hospitality roles preferred
  • Physical Demands

  • Standing and Walking : Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift to greet residents and conduct patrols of the property.
  • Sitting : Ability to sit for prolonged periods at the front desk while attending to inquiries and monitoring the area.
  • Lifting and Carrying : Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds, such as office supplies, packages, or equipment.
  • Manual Dexterity : Proficient use of hands and fingers for tasks such as typing, operating office equipment, and performing administrative duties.
  • Visual Acuity : Ability to see and observe residents and guests, monitor security cameras, and read documents and instructions.
  • Hearing : Must be able to hear and respond to residents and guests, as well as respond to alarms and other auditory signals.
  • Communication : Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents, guests, and team members.
  • Emergency Response : Capacity to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations, which may involve physical activity, including running or lifting.
