Dwarf House is extra special because we offer heritage food items that Truett Cathy served at his original restaurant (started in 1946), as well as some southern favorites like macaroni & cheese, collard greens, and other delicious sides and food items. We also offer our signature full-service section of the restaurant where guests can eat their favorite Chick-fil-A and Dwarf House products while being cared for by a server and dining on china.

Being our Shift Supervisor requires you to work fast-paced in our high volume restaurant. Shift Supervisor runs shifts in the front-of-house or back-of-house, helps train employees, and supports the Manager in Charge for each shift.

Responsibilities include :

• Availability to work from 2 : 00 PM- 11 : 00 PM
• 1 -2 years of restaurant managerial experience
• Leading shifts without any supervision
• Support the senior leadership team by completing any delegated tasks
• Takes action to solve customer issues or complaints as they arise
• Communicate employee performance and policy / procedure violations to the Senior Leadership Team
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all reporting employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the specific area the Shift Supervisor oversees
• Responsible for inventory & facilities management
• Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
• All other duties as assigned
