Your contribution to our vision (responsibilities) : Installs, repairs, and maintains highly automated, state of the art machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance. Locates sources of problems (troubleshooting) by observing mechanical devices in operation. Dismantles machinery and removes / replaces defective parts. Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments. Creates Work Orders by virtue of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System). Assists in training production workers on routine preventive maintenance. Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. Documents all work being performed. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. You bring : High school diploma plus preferable additional education, such as an associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field, i.e. industrial maintenance, engineering technology, or facilities management. 5 years of professional experience in the field of Preventive Maintenance in industrial manufacturing environment. 3 years High Speed Manufacturing / Automation. Proficiency and experienced in a CMMS system. Demonstrated knowledge of equipment and manufacturing safety procedures is required (e.gl, lockout / tag-out, electrical / high-voltage, chemical, reading MSDA, incident response procedures). Strong working knowledge of reliability, predictive maintenance, 5S and related manufacturing best practices is required. Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to operate machinery and highly automated technical equipment. In-depth knowledge of (RCM) Reliability Centered Maintenance. Knowledge and previous experience with data entry into a CMMS. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations. Skilled in troubleshooting highly automated equipment. Motivation to succeed. Willingness to learn state of the art equipment.
