Slim Chickens, renowned for its Southern hospitality and exceptional chicken dishes, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Night Manager to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota. Key Responsibilities :

  • Nightly Operations : Oversee the restaurant's evening activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order. You will manage the closing of the restaurant.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise and support evening staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure top-notch performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Experience : Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring every guest enjoys a positive dining experience.
