Job descriptionUphold the core values of the Home Instead franchise. Enhance clients' living environments to improve their quality of life. Perform daily activity documentation and report any significant changes in client conditions. Maintain regular communication with the supervisory team and office staff. Social interaction and conversation. Meal preparation and light housekeeping. Medication and appointment reminders. Assistance with errands and appointments. Bathing, grooming, and toileting. Mobility and incontinence issues. Advanced care for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. Support for hospice care clients. Complete all necessary training. Participate in company sponsored events and training. Document client information accurately. Provide incidental transportation for clients as needed.
