The Technology Operations Engineer will work to ensure the availability and reliability of Echo’s infrastructure and provide timely and effective support and solutions. This role will be responsible for proactive monitoring, taking action to quickly identify, triage and resolve issues. The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for timely escalations, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of Echo’s systems. This role will monitor all aspects of Echo’s infrastructure and applications.

Position Overview :

This role will be responsible for proactive monitoring, taking action to quickly identify, triage and resolve issues. The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for timely escalations, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of Echo’s systems. This role will monitor all aspects of Echo’s infrastructure and applications.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Proactively monitor Echo’s infrastructure using monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond to alerts and notifications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues with a focus on restoring service in a timely manner to reduce impact and ensure system availability.
• Drive remediation efforts.
• Implement solutions using automation.
• Focus on preventative maintenance.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation and SOPs.
• Manage tickets through resolution.
• Engage in the incident management process.
• Collaborate with support teams daily.
