Noc engineer Jobs in Garland, TX

An IT Service Provider in the Dallas area is looking to hire a Network Engineer / NAC Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.

For this opportunity they are looking to bring on a network engineer with expertise implementing Fortinet Security and NAC solutions for their clients. You would be jumping right in on some of their existing projects helping with the design, staging, configurations, and occasional rack & stack for clients. They need someone that is eager to work in a collaborative environment where you're both learning from and mentoring your colleagues. They are highly desiring someone with Fortinet certifications and other networking certifications preferred.

In addition they would like to bring on an engineer with Aruba ClearPass experience. Any hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise Aruba ClearPass solutions in production environments is ideal.

This is a full-time direct hire position, onsite in their office in Richardson, TX.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands on experience setting up, deploying, managing and troubleshooting Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise Aruba ClearPass solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of network authentication protocols (e.g., RADIUS, TACACS+), 802.1X, and endpoint posture assessment methods.
• Solid grasp of wired and wireless networking concepts (VLANs, SSIDs, controllers, and switching fundamentals).
