What You’ll Do : As a Caregiver - Non Clinical at Sodexo, you provide support to elder residents in a Sodexo managed business by assisting with a variety of tasks, including preparing light snacks, playing games, doing art projects and so much more. Responsibilities include :
- Accompany residents to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, doing laundry, and organizing.
- Assist residents with minor computer / tablet, printer, or cell phone needs.
- Act as a source of facility knowledge for residents, guests, and visitors who seek information, guidance, and assistance.
- Provide concierge services to residents, visitors, and guests.
- Assist in de-escalating minor conflicts among residents.
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
