Description : Summary of Job :
Responsible for assembling oxygen regulators and related products per the manufacturing plan and / or blueprints and package for shipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Use electric screw gun to screw rotor onto shaft in valve body.
- Use of varied hand tools as needed.
- Use pneumatic press to install all parts into the body.
- Use air collet to hold body for installation of parts requiring use of torque wrench.
- Laser engraves.
- Pneumatic press for rotors and flame arrestors.
- Heat inserts machines.
- Arbor press for installing various filters.
- Pay close attention when building product due to the amount of parts involved and the number of leak paths involved.
- Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs.
Requirements :
The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $14.68 / hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications in a similar role. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
