Job descriptionMUST HAVE experience working with Salesforce NPSP AND Program Management Module (PMM) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of non-profit business processes and challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Overview : Our customer is seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and experience working with non-profit organizations. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with non-profit clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations.
- Configure and customize the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to optimize client operations..
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively use Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
