As Public Space , you will be a vital part of the overall guest impression – ensuring they are entering a clean and well-maintained hotel.  You will be responsible cleaning and maintaining all interior and exterior corridors and public areas in accordance with all property and brand procedures and standards.

This position will be also help with periodic shuttles, so applicant must be 21 and have valid license.  If you have great attention to detail, take direction well, and like to follow a consistent routine, this might be just the job for you! Seeking Flexible availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean all public areas in accordance with brand standards and management, including, but not limited to parking lot, hallways, elevators, service areas, stairways, restrooms, offices, and banquet / meeting / conference rooms.
• Perform tasks, including, but not limited to dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning / waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed.
• Complete deep cleaning or preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Ensure all hotel property is in working order.

Report missing articles, damage, or mechanical problems to management or supervisor, as necessary.
