Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Job Summary:
Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a leading long-term care facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team! As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. We offer a $2500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Work collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
• Prior experience preferred, with training provided through our comprehensive onboarding program
