Rehabilitation Aide
The ADH Rehab/Activity Aide assists therapists, nurses and activity coordinator in providing personal care to clients. Leads therapy groups under the direction of the Certified Rehab RN. Leads structured activities under the direction of the activity coordinator.

Required Qualifications:
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience working with older adults
