About the Position :
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for leading the company's overall operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term strategic success. This role requires a proven leader with experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries. You will oversee business operations, financial performance, and market expansion, while fostering a high-performance culture and driving operational excellence.
Additionally, the company seeks a dynamic executive with the vision and leadership capabilities to evolve into the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role within the first year, ensuring continuity and sustainable growth for the organization.
Requirements :
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (President, COO, CEO, or Division Head) in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry.
- Experience in storefront curtain wall window and door fabrication, construction materials, or specialty manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operations, and cultivating a high-performance work culture in a mid-sized organization.
- Experience managing contracts, leases, and vendor negotiations (payment terms, retainage, liquidated damages, schedule, etc.).
- Strong ability to lead teams with a hands-on, approachable leadership style, while also providing strategic direction for the company's long-term success.
