NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, TN just outside Memphis.

General Surgery, Endo, Peds, Podiatry, Dental, Urology, OB, GYN and Ortho

We Offer :

Base Salary $210K- $283K

65K in call pay, $8K QI up to $40K Sign on Bonus w / 2 years

Generous PTO : 8 weeks
