Advanced Practice Provider (PA / FNP) – Lead the Future of Patient Care

Location : On-site in St Clair Shores, MI (Due to expansion, you may be considered for any of our locations across the Metro Detroit area, including Detroit, Hamtramck, Ferndale, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, and others. Most of our locations are within a 15–20 minute drive from our HQ in Southfield. Work Schedule :

• During training : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
• After training : Option to transition to a 4-day, 10-hour schedule
