We're seeking a Bed Planning Coordinator responsible for efficiently managing patient flow and bed utilization across all EHC operating units. This professional will apply their clinical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure optimal patient placement, coordinate complex transfers, and maintain smooth operations under both normal and surge capacity conditions. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced knowledge and department protocols to balance patient volumes, support system-wide bed management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to overcome flow barriers.
