Job Summary

Enhances quality of care delivered at AHN by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational systems, programs, and processes. Serves as an educator, clinician / practitioner, leader, consultant / change agent, and researcher. Utilizes systems thinking and caring practices to promote the highest quality of education and patient care. Promotes inter-disciplinary, cross-organizational, and community relationships, partnerships, and communications.

Covers all aspects of the Family Birth Center (Labor  & Delivery, Antepartum, & Mother-Baby).

Education, Training, and Experience

Must attend mandatory hospital and departmental annual training.
