Rehabilitation Hospital of Peoria (Peoria, AZ) is a specialized 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the northwest Phoenix metro area. The hospital provides intensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and orthopedic surgeries. With a focus on individualized therapy plans and measurable outcomes, the clinical team is dedicated to helping patients achieve maximum independence. We are seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
Current CPR certification required.
Two years relevant experience required.
Three years' experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the staffing and administration of assigned unit. Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
