A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Educator to develop and facilitate coding education programs for Inpatient Coder Associates.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, administer, implement, and update the coding education program for coding associatesIdentify areas for focused education and develop curriculum plans for all codersTrack and manage education activities for assigned sites and coding associatesRequired QualificationsMinimum of four years of experience in production codingAAPC or AHIMA coding credential CIC or CCS (RHIA or RHIT may be considered)Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookDemonstrated ability to work independently and in teamsPrevious teaching or education experience is preferred but not required
