Job Description :
The position focuses on enhancing clinical practice by developing and delivering educational programs for clinicians and staff. Key functions include :
- Supporting staff development and fostering professional growth.
- Leading and evaluating educational programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Overseeing smooth onboarding processes for new hires and ensuring access to necessary training.
- Developing and delivering clinical curriculum based on staff needs and quality drivers, utilizing evidence -based practices.
- Evaluating learning effectiveness and adjusting programs as needed.
- Participating in committees to enhance educational quality and standards of care.
- Accountability for achieving competencies and supporting workforce development.
