@Orchard LLC has an urgent need for Registered Nurses (RN) to support the Veteran's Affairs Medical Centers (VA) in Glendale, CO. This is a care coordination role, working in the Office of Community Care, and is not a role requiring day-to-day in-person patient interaction.

• The core responsibilities will include;
• Clinically review consultations and requests for completeness and conduct utilization reviews.
• Disposition care in the community under utilization and other guidelines,
• Conduct clinical reviews of incoming medical records, documenting communication with the ordering providers and primary care physician (PCP).
• Conducted coordination of care with veteran community providers, internal providers, nurses, and other support staff to ensure the care and authorization of care were processed.

This role is a 12-month initial contract on a W2 hourly basis with full benefits. Based on experience and qualifications, the likely hourly rate will range from $40-$45.
