Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers nursing care to patients who are consistent with the RN’s knowledge and skills that are in accordance with hospital policy and procedures. Promotes a positive teamwork environment, which emphasizes respect to all including, patients, families, physicians, staff and other departments. Works in the critical care areas (ICU, PCU and ED) 75% of the time. Exemplifies professional nursing practice through expert clinical practice, strong leadership skills, and management activities. Under the general direction of the Director, independently provides holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit.

Affiliated with our hospital is Pleasant View Emergency Center . This fully equipped, freestanding facility features board-certified physicians. Our nurses and technicians are specially trained in emergency medical care and available on a 24 / 7 basis.
Located 10 miles north of our main hospital, PVER features 10 plus treatment rooms, comprehensive imaging technology and a medical laboratory onsite, which help to ensure accurate and prompt care.
